DISC

The DISC personality assessment tool is a long established methodology for raising awareness around our individual preferences and is a great way to learn more about yourself.

It can help identify preferences in areas such as communication style, motivations, working environment, approach to tasks and challenges, and more. There is no right or wrong with a DISC profile, no better or worse. It is a tool for raising awareness and insight into the preferences and behaviours of yourself and others.

As part of my coaching portfolio I offer DISC as an optional tool. I am Level 2 DISC accredited, meaning I have been trained to interpret and communicate the outputs from your DISC assessment to help you get the most out of it.

I will not be telling you who you are, how you behave or what you like! You know that better than anyone. What I will do is communicate what the assessment has suggested are you preferences, your style of working and how you might use this information in your work environment to help you thrive.
